My Story
Maria Newport, M.S. Ed. is a seasoned educator and leader with a passion for transforming teaching and learning. As a Math Program Specialist for Fulton County Schools in Atlanta, Georgia, she has guided teachers and leaders in aligning instruction to rigorous standards, using data to drive growth, and designing equitable learning experiences for all students. With more than two decades in education, and 17 years in the classroom, Maria brings a unique blend of instructional expertise, coaching skill, and joy-centered leadership that empowers schools to thrive. She is dedicated to helping educators solve the whole equation of student success—balancing high expectations with a culture of connection and belonging.
